Just read article about Steve Case (AOL / Time - Warner) building a giant resort in Costa Rica http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/08/02/AR2007080202316.html. Also Mel Gibson just bought over 400 acres of Costa Rica Beachfront. Can't wait to check it out...!
